Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered in transit and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.


Shipping Times

Australia (Domestic):
Estimated delivery time is 1–4 business days after dispatch.

International Orders:
Estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.


Customer Responsibility (IMPORTANT)

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout

  • Receiving and claiming their order from the carrier when delivery is attempted

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failure to collect or claim a delivery

  • Refused deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue or failure to claim delivery, the customer will be required to cover the cost of reshipping.


Customs, Duties & International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or processing delays depending on the destination country. These processes are handled by local authorities and are outside of our control.

Delivery delays caused by customs processing do not qualify for refunds.

Customs Rejections

In the event that a package is rejected at customs and returned to us, we will have the order reshipped at no additional cost to the customer once it is safely returned.


Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been dispatched or while an order is in transit.

Refunds are only accepted in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for incorrect sizing, subject to availability.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The customer is responsible for all return and reshipping costs related to the exchange

Exchanges cannot be processed while an order is in transit.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If a shipment is delayed or temporarily held by the carrier or customs authorities, we will assist in monitoring the delivery and communicating with the carrier where possible.

Packages are not considered lost until confirmed by the carrier. Refunds or replacements will not be issued while a shipment is still in transit.
